Cenitex values the privacy of every individual’s personal information and is committed to protecting the information collected and complying with the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 and the Health Records Act 2001.

Collection of personal information

When you submit a response to this survey, your personal information is collected with the specific purpose of obtaining feedback to inform Cenitex about our IT shared services that are provided to Cenitex customers, and to improve those services.

Any personal information you have provided may be shared internally at Cenitex and with other government departments/agencies for the more specific purposes of responding to feedback received as part of this survey and/or assisting Cenitex in improving its shared services.

The results of this survey may be reported in an aggregate form, and may be provided to Cenitex customers.
