Local Administration Access

The Local Administration Access service allows customers to empower a user to have local administrator rights on a nominated PC or Notebook.

These rights will stay in place until the hardware is refreshed or the user requests them to be removed. In the case of a hardware refresh, users will need to resubmit a service request.

NOTE: Application Whitelisting cannot be applied to PC or Notebooks that have Local Administration Access.

Aspirational resolution targets apply to all raised incidents.
