Our Recruitment Process

Cenitex is a fast-moving organisation with lots to deliver – so we may not always wait until the job ad expires before reviewing applicant. Application Process

You can track your application with us by logging into your LiveHire account and viewing the status updates. Please upload your most recent CV along with a Cover Letter when making an application with us through LiveHire.

We also encourage you add as much information to your LiveHire profile as possible and to keep it up to date as our system will utilise advanced AI Technology to potentially match you to future opportunities as they arise. Please note: Applicants are not required to address the Key Selection Criteria in their submission. 

Interviewing Applicants

For particular roles you may be requested to complete a short video introduction as part of the selection process and prior to the formal interview. This a great opportunity for you to put your best foot forward and align your skills and experience to the vacant opportunity in a simple, convenient and time effective manor, and for us to get to know you better.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a face-face or virtual online interview with a panel of two or more interviewers. We conduct a structured behavioural interview based on the Key Selection Criteria of the role in question whereby each interviewee is scored against each response provided to ensure a transparent and equitable process. Although rare, sometimes we do require a second interview or more informal discussion but one of our Talent Team representatives will be able to guide you through the process and advise you accordingly.

Offer and Acceptance

If successful, you will receive an offer from us pending successful background checks. Once complete, you will receive your contract and offer documentation pack via our HROnboard Platform which will guide you through accepting the offer and providing the necessary information to us in a fast and efficient manner. From that point onwards you will be placed on a helpful Welcome Journey for important pre-boarding information in preparation of your start with us. You will be able to connect with us and learn more about your new function and the wider business.

Successful applicants will be required to complete the below listed background checks. This is completed online via an invite link and through our provider CVCheck, who are a highly reputable professional background checking company.
