Key areas of focus

Leadership

Cenitex leaders will model the values and behaviours for the workforce by collaborating with teams and proactively helping to manage workloads to minimise burnout and stress. By championing wellbeing, providing role clarity, and empowering team members, leaders will create a supportive environment where employees feel valued and empowered to excel in their roles. 

Support

Cenitex offers comprehensive support for employee wellbeing, including resources like the Employee Assistance Program and a proactive Wellbeing Program. Trained Mental Health First Aid Officers and Contact Support Officers provide direct assistance, while onsite facilities promote physical health. Collaborating with leaders, the Health and Safety team and HR professionals address mental health concerns, organising events throughout the year to raise awareness and foster a supportive environment. 

Education and awareness

Cenitex promotes education and awareness initiatives by demonstrating the importance of psychological safety across all levels. Tailored training programs are provided for leaders and employees, addressing mental health issues. Ongoing information sessions and forums are supported to continually address mental health concerns and facilitate access to support services. 

Diversity and inclusion

Cenitex is committed to enhancing diversity and inclusion through the implementation of key initiatives outlined in our Diversity, Inclusion, Equality & Belonging action plans. Education and awareness efforts further support our approach to fostering an inclusive environment across the organisation. 

At Cenitex the Mental Health and Wellbeing framework will provide our leaders and individuals with resources and actions to encourage a mentally healthy and psychologically safe workplace, where mental health is fostered, employees with mental health challenges are supported, and psycho-social hazards are absent.
