Customer Support On-site
On-site support provides customers with a Cenitex Workplace Support Services (WSS) team member within their business. The team member will perform second level support activities for Cenitex services and will be available to take on customer specific support activities, for example basic Mobile Device Management support.
For Cenitex services, the standard support engagement and resolution process will apply. This ensures that on-site support can be backed up by centrally located team members.

Customer Support On-site is a minimum three months up to a maximum twelve month fixed term period based on business requirements.
